Beach and boating weather today! Beautiful, typical “spring like” conditions on the Gulf of Mexico.
The fishing was also pretty darn good. Lots of Grunts were caught. One gentleman from Minnesota brought in a beautiful size Hog Snapper. Very nice! After it was cleaned at the dock, the remains were fed to the waiting, hungry pelicans.
A couple of impressive Gags were also part of the total today along with a nice size keeper Red Grouper. It was difficult to let that keeper Gag Grouper go! But we do have some pictures for keepsakes.

Many folks are taking advantage of the awesome weather we are having. “this beats the snow” and “I wished I lived here” are things I hear every day.
