Despite the weathermen’s dire warnings for a rained out day, it was an almost sold out happy group of anglers fishing today. Taking a little extra time and travelling, Capt Jay was able to avoid the rain showers and get to some hot fishing spots. The rod bending action was non-stop, producing hundreds of Key West Snapper Grunts as well as a bunch of Black Sea Bass, short Red and Gag Groupers. The Great news is that one lucky customer caught our first keeper Gag Grouper of the season which opened on June 1st!
