Capt. Mitch reports picture perfect weather and a calm Gulf of Mexico greeted the sold-out Gulfstar boat. Our fishermen/women saw steady action throughout the day bringing in nearly 1000 fish! There was the usual plethora of Key West Grunts joined by bunches of short Gag Grouper and 10 keepers, a dozen Mango’s, Hogfish, some Gulf Flounder and Cobia. Our anglers also had to wrangle with masses of Red Snapper before reluctantly returning them to the sea.
