Gag Grouper is only open for 2 1/2 months in 2023.
We are making a special trip aboard the Gulfstar Endurance for Gag grouper every Tuesday while the Gag season is open this year. we depart at 7am and will steam out to the fishing grounds up to 40 miles offshore of Tarpon Springs. The distance and the depth is variable because the Grouper could be in shallow or out in 100 feet of water.
Besides targeting Gag Grouper we are also likley to catch Key West Grunts, Mangrove Snapper, Assorted Porgies, Lane Snapper, Vermillion Snapper and Triggerfish.
- $150.00 plus $10.50 tax = $160.50 Payment in Full Required at time of booking.
- Cut Bait is included and Live Bait if its available to us. (We set traps out and sometimes things out of our control prevent us from having live bait in them when we haul them back in)
