Capt.’s Mitch and James reported beautiful weather and seas this trip with only the rides out and back a little choppy. Red Snapper action has been a little slower the last two trips but the overall catch has been good. Beside the many Mango, Vermillion, Lane and Red Snapper, Margate, Gray Tilefish, Gag, Yellowedge, and Red Grouper, Jolthead and Red Porgies, several anglers also caught a few King Mackerel, Atlantic Bonito. The Jackpot winners were Tim S. of Columbus GA with his 23 lb. Yellowedge Grouper and Mike F. of Ocala FL with his Mango Snapper. The next available Golden Grounds is scheduled for November 18th.
