Capt.’s Mitch and Mike reported a bumpy ride out to the fishing grounds but nice weather upon arrival. It was definitely quality over quantity as fishing started out slow Friday night through Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon anglers picked off a couple Yellowedge Grouper, released a few Kitty Mitchell Grouper and found quite a few big Vermillion Snapper. Saturday night into Sunday morning ended the trip slow with a few Mangos and Porgies. The pool winning fish were Dawn Delisle’s 6 lb. 3 oz. Vermillion Snapper that may possibly be a state record, and Scott Jarrett’s Yellowedge Grouper.

Fish On!!
