We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our fishing trips, charters, and related experiences, including trip details, pricing, schedules, and images. However, we do not warrant that all information on the website is accurate, complete, or error-free.
Photographs of boats, equipment, or scenery are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual experience depending on conditions such as weather, tide, and vessel availability.

2. Pricing and Payment

All trip prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on season, demand, or special promotions.
Payment in full (or as stated in your booking confirmation) must be received to secure your reservation.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed on our website.
In the event of any pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the booking after notification.

3. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled trip date are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees).

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip date are non-refundable.

• Trips cancelled due to bad weather, safety concerns, or mechanical issues (as determined by Gulf Star Fishing management or the boat captain) may be rescheduled or refunded in full, at the company’s discretion.

• “No-shows” on the day of departure are non-refundable.

• Any changes to reservations must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Safety and Participant Requirements

Your safety is our top priority. All participants must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions at all times.

• The company reserves the right to refuse service or remove any person whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

• Life jackets and safety gear are provided and must be worn when instructed.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Passengers participate at their own risk. By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with boating and fishing activities.

5. Weather Policy

Trips may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions.
The final decision rests with the captain or Gulf Star Fishing management for the safety of passengers and crew.
If the trip is cancelled due to weather, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Liability Limitation

Gulf Star Fishing and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or other irregularity arising from participation in the trip.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings, seasickness, or any circumstances beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
Any disputes arising from bookings or participation in our fishing trips shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alabama.
