These 44-hour offshore deep-sea fishing adventures are built for serious anglers who live for non-stop action, trophy fish, and stories that become legends.

Stretching across the Gulf of America, these fertile waters are home to massive Red Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, and a variety of prized deep-water species. From dusk to dawn, it’s high-intensity fishing in some of the most productive grounds in the world — and it’s no wonder these trips are a crew favorite every season.

Unlike standard overnight trips, our 44-Hour Expeditions are designed for maximum fishing time, comfort, and results. With a limited load of only 20 anglers, you’ll have plenty of rail space and personalized attention from a crew that lives and breathes offshore fishing.

Every trip is strategically planned around moon phases, currents, and bite patterns to keep the rods bending day and night.

Add in hearty meals, comfortable bunks, and the best fishing team on the Gulf, and you’ve got the ultimate offshore adventure — the kind every serious angler needs to experience at least once.

🕒 Trip Overview

The Florida Middle Grounds & Elbow 44-Hour Trip departs at 6:00 PM (or earlier when everyone’s checked in). After a 6–7 hour offshore run, the captain puts you on the bite — usually starting in 100–160 feet of water. The night begins with hot action on Mangrove Snapper, Porgies, and other nighttime feeders.

🎣 Total Fishing Time: Approximately 30 hours of premium offshore action.

⭐ Fun Fact: The Middle Grounds and Elbow are known for producing some of the biggest, hardest-fighting fish in the Gulf — and these 44-hour trips are the ones the crew gets most excited for.

Meals:

• Snacks during the trip offshore (NO DINNER ON WAY OUT)
• Breakfast: Eggs, Sausage, potatoes (grits)
• Lunch: Burgers, Dogs, Chicken Sandwich, Cold Cuts, etc. (depends on the cook)
• Dinner: Whatever the cook decides (never disappointing). Lasagna, Meatloaf, Brisket, and Chicken Parm are some of the meals you can expect. (If you have specific dietary needs, please bring your own, and we can accommodate refrigeration)
• Snacks during the night
• Breakfast day 2: Pancakes or French Toast, Sausage, etc.
• Lunch: Our Famous mouth-watering “Lunchbox” Fresh fish caught the day before served on buns with coleslaw, potato salad, etc.
• Coffee Pot is always on, and help yourself to drinks in the cooler.
