This was another productive trip…. weather conditions continue to improve and it is sure making a difference with the bite.
One after another, the Gags were flying over the rail. Even though more than half were just about a quarter inch too short, it still turned out to be a fantastic haul.
Included in all these Gag was one lone Red Grouper which has been rather elusive as of late.
Captain Mitch was working in depths averaging 35 feet of water. John Greska had a great fight with a King Mackerel which spit the hook right at the surface.
No worries though, he redeemed himself by boating the winning Gag Grouper and taking home the jackpot.
In wildlife news,a Sea turtle was spotted today as well as the usual dolphin show.
