Well, it was a bit different climate wise today. The sun was out and very warm. But the wind was howling. A cold front is expected to roll through tomorrow and the wind started to pick up.

This, combined with the full moon, made for rough seas and fishing conditions.

The day was still a successful one regardless. We had some wonderful people aboard today who contributed to a great days catch. Lots of Grunts were brought in along with some “smurf size” Gags according to deckhand Ryan. Porgies and Sea bass

Some cute and entertaining Blowfish were also caught and released.

All and all, a pretty good day of deep sea fishing aboard the Gulfstar.
