Capt Jay reports an unusually slow day, with nice patches of clouds to give our anglers much needed cover from the hot sun. Despite the sluggish bite, almost a dozen Red Grouper made an appearance, albeit brief once it was determined they just didn’t size up. The always reliable Key West Grunts and Black Sea Bass balanced out the day, with plenty packed on ice and sent home for dinner with our passengers. Finally… our favorite office gal, Trish, got to enjoy a wonderful day on the water fishing with her Family visiting from Minnesota!
