I love to write the fishing reports but this one I especially enjoyed composing. I had the opportunity to get out from behind the desk and go fishing too! This is rare for me, and I was thrilled to be able to take advantage of a day free from the office and kids. It was a little bumpy going out but nothing intolerable by any means and the weather was sunny, breezy and beautiful. The amount of fish caught varied from group to group; some filling multiple baskets while others, like myself, had fun catching and releasing all sorts of different kinds of fish. The list of usual suspects included Key West Snapper, Black Sea Bass, Sand Perch, and a few Spot Tails; also an odd Eel, Remora, and a couple Blue Runners were caught and released as well. Everyone on board (including myself) had a fantastic time and can’t wait to get out again!
