Capt. Ron reports that with a slower tide pattern right now, there is not much current for water flow, which may be slowing down the bite. Regardless of the technicalities, our anglers today had some rod bending action and were very happy with the amount of fish they caught. Of course they brought in almost a couple hundred Key West Snapper Grunts, that white flaky delicious fish. Thankfully, some nice size Black Sea Bass and Grass Porgies were kept as well, because they made up for the many smaller ones and some Red Grouper they had to be thrown back. The weather was perfect, the fishing productive and the crowd was very happy. It was another great day of 1/2 day fishing with Gulfstar Fishing on the Sundance II.

Happy Fishing,

Mary
