Capt. Jay reports that flat calm seas and clear skies greeted the Sundance II and it’s 8 passengers today. The fishing got off to a slow start but after moving further offshore picked up nicely. Our anglers were kept busy by 11 dozen Key West Grunts, a bunch of Black Sea Bass and Sand Perch and a handful of short Red and Gag Grouper. A nice sized shark made it close to the inside of the boat but snapped off in the nick of time and made its great escape.
