Capt.’s Mitch and Mike reported great fishing but not such great weather with rough seas, a lot of wind and some rain. Anglers definitely had their work cut out for them but they stepped up, worked hard and caught a lot of nice fish. Their trip started Saturday morning with a steady pick of Gray Tile Fish, Snowy and Yellowedge Grouper in about 800′ of water. By early Sunday morning, winds had picked up a bit, so they moved inshore to around 500′ were they found a decent amount of Queen Snapper, Scamp Grouper and more Yellowedge and Snowy Grouper as well before returning home Sunday evening.
