With fishing rods in hand, our group today was ready! It was an early start @ 6:00 AM. Captain Mitch was in charge with Ryan and Paul on deck and second shift with Ken working the Galley.

The magic “30” feet of water was where they worked today. the water temps are going down and the gags are staying closer to shore as a result. This was a fantastic trip. lots of sizable gags were brought in as the bite was very lively. There was a report of a pigeon on board most of the day mingling with he fisherman.

One gentleman claimed that this bird brought him good luck and was the reason why he had a great catch!

As many caught their limit and the day came to a close, the Sea fog rolled in. Its always a bit spooky working in the fog, especially at night. a hefty load of Gags were caught as well as many Grunt, Sea bass and Porgies.

Check out the incredible catch in our photo gallery!!
