Beautiful weather and calm seas were the backdrop for this 72 hour Pulley Ridge adventure with our friend Scott and the guys of Fabrication Custom Specialists. In an effort to break up the long ride out, Capt James made a stop before hitting the deeper waters of the Ridge where our anglers were able to bag their one day limit of Red Snapper and throw back some short Gags. The 1st day of deep water fishing was solid with Yellow-eyes, Kitty Mitchells, Queens, Snowy’s, Yellowedge, Scamps and 1 Black Fin Tuna wrangled in for the majority of the day. Just before the sun began to set lines were dropped in 1300′ depths with our anglers enjoying a nice pick of Barrel Fish, Gray Tilefish and Leviathan Snapper and even a  Mahi! Swordfishing at night was slow with no hook-ups but their were quite a few Tuna around the boat for entertainment. The 2nd day was just as busy as the first with Bill M picking a nice Warsaw in the morning to start the day off right, then a Wahoo was boated and after that it was Game On! The scorching hot bite continued throughout the day with a nice pick of Golden Tiles, Leviathan Snapper, Yellowedge Grouper, bunches of Blackbelly Rosefish and Barrelfish.

A very productive trip with some nice sized fish brought in… Definitely one for the books!
