Capt.’s Mitch and James reported beautiful weather and seas during this trip. fishing was also favorable; Monday night started with a decent Mango and Yellowtail Snapper bite only having to make one move the whole night before moving offshore 7am Tuesday. After a two hour steam they came into a steady pick of Yellowedge, Scamp, and Gags, as well as a couple Kitty Mitchells, a bunch of Porgies (and Scott Meyers 92 lb. Warsaw Grouper!). Tuesday night they ran back inshore and got on more Mango and Yellowtail Snapper and added some Kingfish as well before their foggy ride home. Scott Meyers’ Warsaw was the jackpot Grouper on this trip, but he also caught the jackpot Mango as well.
