Captains Mitch and Mike report that the sold-out Gulfstar and crew enjoyed a nice calm ride out to the Golden Grounds.  There was a lot of early action hitting tons of big Vermillion Snapper, Mangoes and Rudderfish. Later in the day, the Black fin Tuna and Kingfish moved in and hung around with some nice Amberjacks, it was a fantastic  steady bite through the night!  After a really nice mango bite in the morning, the grounds turned champagne color with pink porgies dominating the action, it was a beautiful sight. We also boated some whopper Yellowedge and Scamp Grouper along with a Kitty Mitchell, with the way too many outlaw Red Snapper and Gags mixed in. Near the end of this awesome excursion a large shark attacked and violently devoured a gag grouper being pulled in, always very exciting and entertaining to watch. The last morning brought in some African Pompano caught on jigs. There was lots of variety in another action packed Gulfstar trip!
