After an outstanding American Red Snapper season opener trip, our second trip of the season proved to be just as productive! Capt. Mitch reported water depths between 80-180 feet and fantastic weather and seas. The massive fish box aboard the Gulfstar as well as everyone’s coolers were filled with American Red, Mango, Lane, Vermillion and Yellowtail Snapper, Red and Gag Grouper, Margate, Porgies, and even some Mahi-Mahi! The jackpot winners were Mark’s huge Gag Grouper and Lee’s Mango Snapper.
