Capt.’s Mitch and James reported a rough ride out Friday night that continued through early Saturday evening. Their first stop early Saturday morning started out picking off a few Mangos, Porgies and a Tuna. As the sun came up some nice Red and Scamp Grouper, Vermillion Snapper, more Porgies and some throwback Red Snapper were found. Saturday night through Sunday morning was the most productive time of the trip; Lots of nice Yellowtail, Mangos, and Vermillion Snapper, quite a few more Tuna and Kingfish. The jackpot winning fish was Doug Nails’ Red Grouper and Howard Leibs’ Mango Snapper.
