Capt. James and Mike reported agreeable weather and seas on this trip. Friday night into Saturday morning was filled with a generous amount of out of season Red Snapper and Gag Grouper, but once they slowed down,  some big Mangos found their way onto ice. As the sun came up they made there way to the elbow with a few stops finding some nice Red and Scamp Grouper, Porgies and Vermillion Snapper. Once reaching the elbow Saturday night the bite slowed but most were able to pick off some more Mangos, Vermillion, Porgies, and a few more Red Grouper, and releasing a few Gags. The jackpot fish were Ben Bentley’s Red Grouper and Pat Stiles’ Mango Snapper.

Fish On!!
