Captain Jay and mates Larry, Alicia, and Devon made their way out to sea with 34 passengers aboard the Sundance 2 into gorgeous conditions. With a Northeast breeze of 5 to 10 knots, and seas with just a light chop, it made a day every fisherman dreams of. With a slower but steady bite, the 3 mates were ready to pounce every time they heard ‘FISH ON’. Constantly seeing Key West Snapper, one after another, and of great quality, the fired up anglers landed around 155 of them. Black Sea Bass decided to join the party too, boating nearly 60 of them and throwing to 10 nice keepers on ice. With action like this our anglers were extremely happy, and one customer aboard caught her very first fish yesterday, with there kind help of Larry. To top off coolers 10 Grass Porgies, 2 Jolt Head Porgies and 10 Sand Perch were wrangled up. Our anglers got to see a not often sighted Sea Robin, with its wings spread and gills flared, who was safely released back into the depths of the Gulf. Returning to the dock a little late, the Sundance 2, had an action packed, fun filled day with lots of happy anglers.

Til next time,

Tight lines.
