Capt’s Mitch and Mike report that the sold-out Gulfstar boat was greeted by choppy seas and light breezes on the way out. Mango fishing was on the slow side with just about 300 brought in but the B-liner bite was off the chain with almost every one limiting out. Daylight brought cooler temperatures, stronger winds and higher seas but the fishing stayed steady with 10 nice keeper and a dozen throwback Gag Grouper, some nice sized Lane and Mutton Snapper, bunches of Barjacks, Porgies and Scamp Grouper and of course way too many forbidden American Red Snapper.

One lucky customer, Glen Duke had both Jackpot fish with a molly-whopper Mutton Snapper and Gag Grouper.

Happy Fishing!
