Winds out of the Northwest and 3′ seas greeted the Sundance II as it headed in to the Gulf off Mexico today. The bite started off slow but as the waves calmed the fishing began to pick up. Our 15 anglers wrangled with 12 dozen Key West Grunts, about 36 Black Sea Bass, some Gulf Flounder and Jolthead Porgies, Sand Perch and 1 throw back Red Grouper.
